ExxonMobil Beaumont - Toxic Flare: April 11, 2025

A toxic flare was spotted dotting the Jefferson County skyline - with reports coming in from nearby communities who live right next to this flare as well as people driving through Beaumont. Local KFDM News was the only source who reported on it and the perpetrator was none other than ExxonMobil Beaumont (classic).

ExxonMobil Beaumont put out a PR statement saying that this was part of healthy, routine maintenance, but who are they fooling, really? Wouldn’t it be easier if they just admitted that they messed up?
